While I was scouting for dark street sceneries couple of nights ago, I saw this shining ice-cream pool in a closed café. Standing there alone in the darkness it seemed to be waiting for the summer and I couldn’t help but to grin when I saw it – summer is deep-frozen and will be resurrected again in coming future. I would love to skip the spring and head straight for the summer as it brings a lot more photographic opportunities. But then again, most of my best photographs have been surprises and they always seem to come in those situations where you expect them the least. That’s why I try to keep my mind open and believe that there are great photographic opportunities everywhere – one just needs to find them. Besides that, finding new ideas is the most satisfying part of photography to me and if it’s too easy it doesn’t give the pleasure. So keep it coming spring, I’ll find the pictures, one by one.
